Bookings for the 3rd Precision Notts Senior League Groundhop have been coming in steady with already over 150 bookings from as far as Sweden, and all four corners of the United Kingdom. The coach is nearly full now with just 53seats remaining and organiser Rob Hornby is fairly confident that this seasons event will be as popular as ever.

Hornby states "that the format is very simple, a Notts Senior League match is played on the evening of Friday 24th April with four league games on Saturday 25th April at four homes of clubs chosen."

The event is cheap and cheerful

 

2015 sees the 3rd Notts Senior League Groundhop to take place on with one match on Friday 24th April where Ashland Rovers host Newark Flowserve at 7.30pm at Kingsway Park, Hodgkinson Road, Kirkby in Ashfield

 

On Saturday 25th April, we have 4 matches beginning at Butt Field, where Bingham Town kick off at 10.10am against local rivals Ruddington Village, we then move on to Netherfield Albion v Nottinghamshire for a 12.50pm kick off, then 5 minutes up the road to the village of Burton Joyce who entertain Attenborough FC at 3.20pm. Our final match sees us travel up to Walesby where a local derby pitches Sandhurst FC at home to Kirton Brickworks at 6.15pm.

 

The cost for the Advanced Ticket is just £15 and that includes entry to all 5 grounds and also a programme pack of the 5 programmes.

 I am also taking Advanced orders for club badges as all 5 home clubs and Kirton Brickworks will be issuing a First Time Enamel club Badge, the set will be £18.

Over the weekend will be a Notts Senior League Groundhop Charity Badge for sale at £3 on the Charity Programme Stall run by my wife Hazel Hornby.

There is a coach on the Saturday from Midland Train Station, Nottingham, leaving at 8.30am and returning after the final match, the cost for the coach is £15, but spaces are limited, infact only 3 seats left.

 

Already we have booking as far as Sweden, Holland and Germany and Scotland as well as all over the UK .
